RULES AND REGULATIONS

I hereby certify that all the particulars stated by me in this application are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that my admission is liable to be cancelled, if I suppress or distort any information furnished in my application.

  • I am aware that the registration is only for a period of 10 days and before which if the admission amount is not paid, then the registration stands cancelled and the amount paid towards Registration fees would be forfeited.
  • I understand that the course is conducted on Online education mode. However, as certain courses are offered on regular mode, I have to get this confirmed from the office before joining.
  • I hereby undertake that the communication address given by me is correct. I also understand that in the Online Education Mode after the payment of the entire course fee, the Institute shall courier me all the text books. However, on payment of 1st instalment of course fee, I would be provided with the 1st text book alone and the 2nd text book would be send to me only on payment of the 2nd instalment of the course fee.
  • I understand that all as communications from ISSD will be through Emails, am responsible to check my email regularly.
  • I understand that the exam would be conducted in Online mode. Dates of the examination would be intimated by the academic department towards the completion of the program through email.
  • I understand that effective 11 Aug 2020 students undergoing certification courses at ISSD are eligible for TUV SUD certification for Hospital Administration, Warehouse Management & Fire Alarm Technology and Issue of TUV SUD certification is subjected to passing the examination conducted by TUV. I also understand that I have only TWO chances to clear the TUV exam and if I need to reappear after that, I need to pay the stipulated exam fee.
  • I understand that the course completion certificate will be issued strictly as per the name mentioned by me in my application form for registering in the course and Certificate would be issued within 45 days of qualifying of all the exams including VIVA. I also understand that any corrections on the certificate thereafter would be at my cost.
  • I understand that ISSD reserves the right to add\delete\change the syllabus, course structure, rules and regulations.
  • I agree to bear the re-sitting fees of Rs 250/- for each failed paper after three attempts and understand that reexams can be given only within a year from completion of the course.

I confirm that I shall abide by all the rules and regulations of the institute. I confirm that I shall fully complete the course, however if in case I leave the course in between, I shall not be paid any refund of fees and I shall not be eligible for a certificate. In case of default of fees, I submit that I shall abide by the decision of the management including removal of my name from enrollment. I also agree that joining for this course does not make it obligatory on ISSD to guarantee me a job. I also confirm that fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Fees shall be paid to our bank account number or directly at our website payment gateway only

Once the payment is done please keep a note of your reference number and also ensure the receipt is collected within two days.
